Repair Request
You’ve purchased a piece that is meant to be treasured for generations to come, and we will do our best to maintain that. We will repair or replace our jewelry, unconditionally and without charge, if the defect is due to workmanship or materials.
All repairs are free if mailed within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for proof of purchase. After 30 days of purchase, pre-payment of an estimate for repair will be required before item is repaired and shipped back. Items that after purchase need to be repaired are NOT eligible for exchanges.
Please provide all information in our Repair Request form so we can evaluate the repair for your special piece.
