Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges:

Items that after purchase need to be repaired are NOT elibile for exchanges. No exceptions will be made. Exchanges are only an option when items are in selling condition and will be replaced by other items. We do NOT offer store credit. Receipt with proof of purchase will need to be provided.

Returns:

10 days from date of purchase to receive a full refund if piece or pieces are in selling condition. This will be assessed once we receive the return.
Please return your item(s) in Selling Condition, otherwise a 20% refurbishment fee will be deducted. Include receipt for proof of purchase, gift bag, and copy of our patent. 

Items purchased after 10 days will not be accepted.
